After more than two (2) months of earlier advertizing the PLMAT processing thru the official PLM website, hundreds of applications were processed by the Office of the University Registrar on the first day alone. The heavy turn-out may be attributed to the early release of the bulletin of information and the removal of the PLMAT fee.

Meanwhile, the applicants were ecstatic to learn that the PLMAT application is already free. As contained in the web advisory, it was the policy direction taken by the city government of Manila and the University Management pursuant to the social commitment and advocacy of both institutions to an equitable access to high quality education.
