Academic and administrative employees joined in the simultaneous blowing of whistles in support of the "18-Day Campaign to End Violence Against Women and Children" by the Philippine Commission on Women in coordination with the Inter-Agency Council on Violence Against Women and Children (IACVAWC). As part of PLM's commitment and advocacy, worthwhile activities shall be continuously implemented to educate women about their rights and to provide avenues to promote women empowerment and pursue equal opportunities for men and women.
