12 September 2014, "PLM graduating scholars feted by Accenture"
PLM is a lead partner of Accenture Philippines, along with seven (7) other select top universities in the Philippines.
Senior leads from Accenture Philippines' top management have recognized top students from various partner-schools during its "Toast for Tomorrow: Accenture Internship Program Culminating Event 2014" held at Accenture's Forum Robinsons Center in Mandaluyong City.

Rhoda Gubat (GDN for Technology Recruitment Lead) and
May Delarmente (GDN for Technology Recruitment Manager).




Flanking PLM's Program director for Industry-Academe Institutional Linkages Garry Erwin de Gracia are Ma. Mara Moselle B. Pinto and Errol John P. Yatar. Both are graduating scholars under the BS Computer Studies-major in Computer Science degree. Earlier chosen from a pool of applicants who were screened from several hundreds of applicants, they were recognized for successfully completing the special Accenture Internship Program from April to early June 2014.

The Accenture Internship Program (AIP) brings together Accenture's passion, experience and commitment to develop and nurture third to fourth year college students to become market-ready. Through this program, Accenture is able to give the students a foretaste of the Accenture Career experience and invaluable opportunities to learn beyond the conventional classroom setting through hands-on work experience in a global organization.

PLM has since opened avenues with the biggest industry brand names, including Accenture, as regard the employability of its graduates. Through this industry-internship institutional linkage program, among other benefits, prospective graduates are offered job contracts even long prior to graduation, with one company offering about a year prior to graduation.
