2017 September 14, JA Auditorium: Para La Musica concert series (2nd Leg)
The second leg of the Para La Musica Concert series featured one of the most renowned saxophonist in the Philippines, Sir Archie Lacorte. Together with him are the Brass Munkeys composed of Leo Emil on Tenor Sax, Wowie Ansano on Trumpet, Pards Tupas on Trombone, Francis Dela Paz as the lead vocalist, Glenn Bondoc on Bass and Ryan Villamore, pianist. The afternoon of Sept. 14 was filled with different classical jazz music enjoyed by the audience, majority of whom were PLM students and employees. This event is a joint project of Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila and the Intramuros Administration which aims to bring cultural performances for uplifting the soul.
