2017 September 18, JA Auditorium: Philippine Economy and the Culture of Patronage
One of the rare opportunities available for PLM students, was the dialogue with former Senator Ramon "Jun" Magsaysay, Jr. This dialogue centered on the Philippine Economy and the Culture of Patronage. John Joseph Batung, President of the Supreme Student Council, Earvin Joelet Arias, President of College of Law Student Council and Ms. Clarisse Joy Villegas, President of the Economic Society acted as panelist during the said event. This was held last Sept. 18, 2017 at the Justo Albert Auditorium. Sen. Jun Magsaysay focused his talk in encouraging young entrepreneurs to put up their own businesses and if they had the means start an agricultural business.
