These photos were taken at the signing of the Memorandum of Agreement for the Rotary Educational Assistance Program between PLM and the Rotary Club Manila chapter on April 25, 2018 at the Manila City Hall. Signing on behalf of PLM were Manila Mayor Joseph Ejercito Estrada and PLM President Dr. Ma. Leonora Vasquez de Jesus. PE/Director Susing Pineda headed the team from The Rotary Club of Manila.
