2017 University Recognition

Deadline for the submission of pertinent documents will be two (2) working days after the last day of the period covered.

For this year's Recognition Day, the submission of documents will be on or before 2017 February 17, Friday, 5:00 pm, SHARP, at the Office of Student Development and Services (OSDS).

Period covered for entries for this year's Recognition Program is from 2016 February 16 to 2017 February 15.

Colleges which will be celebrating their respective College days after the 2017 February 15 deadline will be accommodated provided that they submit the following:
1) A recommendation letter from their College Dean stating the predetermined schedule of their College Day Celebration on or before 2017 February 15 (Wednesday)
2) Documents pertinent to their college day (e.g. copy of the approved request, documentation, photos) on or before one (1) week after the conduct of the activity

Original copy of related documents must be submitted with one (1) photocopy. For plaques received in competitions, a photo of the plaque must be submitted. They must be placed in a separate clear book with the following labels:
1) The award vying for
2) Name of the Nominee

All documents must have a cover letter addressed to Engr. Evangeline P. Lubao, Chairperson of the University Recognition 2017. Summary (Table of Contents) of all the documents shall be included.

Pertinent documents/attachments must be submitted for respective awards based on the approved Criteria.
