22 September 2010, Manila Historical & Heritage Commission presents a historical lecture by the NHC Chair, TOP Room
Spearheaded by PLM regent & MHHC vice-chair Gemma Cruz-Araneta, the PLM presented before the academic community a national luminary in the person of the chairman of the National Historical Commission. Dr. Serafin D. Quiason lectured on interesting segments of the Philippine history which are not given deserved emphasis by the local historians.
PLM acting president Atty. Rafaelito M. Garayblas has formally tendered the certificate of appreciation to Dr. Quiason for his insightful discussion of Philippine history, heritage and legacy.
