The Sub-committee on University Recognition released the guidelines that will govern the conduct of the awards. Deadline of submission of entries is on 27 January 2012, 5pm, at Office of Student Development & Services. The recognition rites are slated on 02 March 2012.

The coverage of activities, seminars and awards to be credited this year will be from 05 March 2011 up to 09 February 2012. Those beyond 10 February 2012 will be credited for the next year's University Recognition.
